The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are a simple tool with the potential for enormous benefits. More and more people are discovering EFT's power and are using EFT to feel better. There are few who would deny that there is reason for higher levels of stress today than in our most recent past.
Yet some try EFT for an issue, get results, and don't continue to use it for other issues. In spite of the fact that it takes less than a minute to apply EFT to a problem, not enough actually embrace it's use whole heartedly. Mediation is another simple tool and though many have tried it and experienced profound results, few actually practice on a regular basis. Rhythmic Breath work is also simple, yet again few take the art of conscious breathing up as a daily practice.
I want to state that while EFT is easy in it's application, those with the highest motivation, are most likely to persist in it's use. I think we can and while EFT is not the only answer, it is An Answer.
